100's! This is one of the holy grails of burger drive ins in my opinion. I'm just so shocked we're in 2024 and most places can't make a good decent burger. This place nails it right on the head and makes sure it's beaten into the quality of the food. Super nice and inviting once you walk up to order and makes you feel at home with all the delicious aromas coming from the flat top in the back! OH MAN just typing this makes me want some more of this heaven sent goodness. I ordered 2 Hawaiian burgers , curly fries , breaded fried mushrooms & and vanilla shake! Came out to about 30$ for me and my significant other and holy smokes was it so so so so gooood! Everything made to order so you already know everything was hot and juicy. Here's a tip if you order the fried mushrooms give it about 5-10min before eating them depending on the size because they're an explosion of flavor! So don't burn your mouth like we did because we were so excited to eat. Our Curly fries portion was FILLED to the brim even though it was a small and same goes for the mushrooms. Again super fresh crispy just PERFECT! No surprise here but the burgers were so good as well Just perfectly put together, from the portion of meat to veggie ratio in between 2 soft toasted buns to cradle and soak up all the juices just heavenly. The vanilla shake is also perfect Not to thick where you are loosing brain cells sucking so hard lol it was a good ol classic vanilla shake which is surprising because most places have a weird processed after taste if you know you know but not here. I wish we had a little burger shack closer to where we live down south but for all the patrons and residents in Mount Vernon stay blessed and keep the doors open on this gem! until next time I will definitely stop by while passing through.

This place kept popping up in searches for burgers in Mount Vernon/Burlington area, but closes early. Was finally around one day around lunchtime so stopped in. Real old-time burger drive-in. Walk-up window service; food cooked to order but ready in quick order. Generous portion of fries, burger done the way burgers should be done. Good flat-top flavor. Ordered the Ranch burger and fries, then noticed the Monster burger in the next column. Now I have more incentive to return, as though the friendly service and great food wasn't enough!

Just discovered this cute walk up spot and the food was delicious! Everything tasted fresh and homemade. Crinkle cut fries were a little bland but perfectly crispy. Staff was very nice and received my order in 5 minutes.

We stumbled across this little gem of a place on a hot day. It looks run down, but in a charming sort of way. The hard ice cream generously scooped into waffle cones was delicious.Their fast food menu included burgers, fish and chips, oysters, and more. We'll be back to try it out!.

I can't say enough good things about The Dari Delight, I just love the food, and the crew, and the location is great, very easy to get in and out of. I always avoid the lunch rush and either go before 11:30 am or after 1pm, because this little burger stand gets really busy, as they should, the burgers are excellent. I also enjoy stopping in during the summer months for soft ice cream, which I have been enjoying since I was 5 years old. The Dari Delight is an asset to the south Mount Vernon community, we so much appreciate having them a minute away from our home. Thank you to the owners and crew at The Dari Delight.

This place is just what I was looking for. Delicious burgers and fries! I had the Grizzly Burger. Onion rings on a double cheese burger. Going back today!

Food: Their garlic fries were my favorite thing there. They were well seasoned, hot, and crispy. The burgers are a good size and good quality. The prices match the quality and portions of the food in my opinion. Location: It was kind of confusing at first because there were two lines of cars and we thought it was one big line but one was for people waiting for their food and the other was waiting to order. It's a drive up window so you order then pull off to the side and they give you your food. There's some outside benches and side parking for people who wanna eat there. Service: Friendly customer service. They bring the food out to you so it doesn't hold up the ordering line. There's a sign outside that says fast food isn't good food or something like that. And the food definitely isn't fast but it didn't take too long even considering the line ahead of us. It was worth the wait.
